Luke from Chilihost saves us again!

today we had an issue with a host one of our non-adult sites is on and we needed a new host FAST, plus some extra help setting up a script and some advice.

i've said it before, but here's a reminder - the support from chilihost and the pure helpfulness is second to NONE! within minutes a special deal was set up to fit our needs, our account was set up and our script was up and ready for us. i've never received this level of support for such a tiny account.

luke is not only a great host for dedicated, but he takes the same kind of care of his smallest virtual accounts. if you are looking for a host, i cannot recommend chilihost enough!

I second that...when my host of 8 years suddenly announced that they were going out of business (giving us 1 month notice) we did a quite exhaustive search to find a new hosting company. Time and time again Chilihost came up...once we contacted Luke we knew why...he is a true professional who understands that outstanding customer service really is what separates one company from the other...he made our move transparent, totally painless, and we had no downtime at all. I can not recommend him enough!

And I will third, fourth and fifth that too. Luke is great. Not only his customer service far superior to any other host I have ever used, I would put his CS skills up against any that I have ever received in any area.

I used to live in Seattle and Nordstrom was held up as the company with the best customer service in the world, but they got nothing on Luke. I think anyone looking for hosting would be well advised to check out Chilihost.

But if you can survive Bangkok without a drink, I think you can really make it anywhere. :thumbsup:

As for Luke, I think we all know he's the host with most LOL...
