Well, for starters, it is totally unique. But I tried the tour and the join page doesn't have any join links on it.. might be a browser thing, or the site is still under construction.
Its funny though. In a sick and twisted sort of way.

No idea but it's not really effective as there's no way to join at this point. That's the real question -- what's with that? He's obviously trying to do some sort of hookup with other sites and it's not even ready to accept members.
The graphics hurt my eyes though...they are so ten years ago...
