Windows Media player securing it .htaccess

Hi guys,

Does anyone know how to protect a windows media player stream if we are using .htaccess to allow authentication? We don't want people able to hijack the stream.

We are also trying to find a plugin or have someone write a plugin to encrpyt and decrypt the location of the stream is another method we are looking at.

There are programs out there such as webquota and video quota but those are mainly if you are using a database for authentication.
