I am interested in buying the code or a site that has either of the following features which we will customise.
1. Private Web Content Site with secure user ID access
2. Web Cam site that allows proformers to be members and are paid a fee based on per minute usages or some other revenue sharing scheme

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN SITES THAT ARE JUST THERE TO GET AFFILIATE SIGN UPS OR SIMPLY PICTURE GALLARIES.

Chris, I think you would be better off just creating your own sites. Hire a designer to create something fresh, buy content and then get a script like sitedepth installed so that you can tie it all together nicely. Then grab billing through ccbill or epoch (or even verotel) and you are set.

Once you have created one decent site its very easy to copy and create another version which you then customise.
That my reasoning for wanting to buy something that has been already created and customising. For the webmaster who made the orginal site it a great way for him to save other people time and earn some revenue from the hard work and time they have spent.
Who reinvents the wheel these days ?

The buying of the site is the starting point which is then customise to refine the product to have the end result I want.
It seems you don´t understand my point anyway. A good or bad site can always be rebranded and customised.

OK man like they say “go with GOD” but for someone that did not know what TPG´s are you might want to rethink what EVERYONE is saying. Like my mom says “crap in crap out” It just sounds like you don’t know what you are doing, so you think you can just go and buy someone else working site and alter it to make some easy cash. This business is one of the most competitive and hardest to do in the world, no matter what other people might say. Everyone and their brother has some kind of porn site they are trying to promote, just check out google and type the word gay porn, or twinks ECT you will find more listing than the state of Delaware has people.
That's true. The estimated population in the State of Delaware is 850,000. Do a google search for "gay porn" returns 56,4000,000 and "twinks returns 7,130,000. Gee, even a search for "hot desert knights" returned 3,010,000 returns.
But really, that doesn't mean anything. If you do a search for "state of delaware", google will return 267,000,000 hits....

most sites for sale are made with people's workarounds or by scripts that do special things in the code that you can't do or have massive unnecessary formatting on the page that 1. makes it almost impossible to find what you can safely delete or replace and 2. makes the pages a horrible bandwidth drain and 3. often falls apart when opened in any editor but the one that made it.
i've bought sites, templates and galleries and i discovered that even the best places often make unnecessary and complicated code that is hard to work with and might even conflict with your own tables or css. and that's often before the webmasters have had time to further complicate it with their own workarounds.
keep in mind that sites for sale aren't generally the successful sites. a successful tgp with good traffic shouldn't sell for less than $6000 (since it should be making over $1000 a month) and a successful paysite should cost far more. you can get an exclusive design with content for less than that.
consider this: do you really want to buy an unsuccessful site to copy?
