Video Compression Software

I'm thinking of bringing a few more things 'in house' having just taken on another employee (thanks to that thread earlier in the month about free time and what to do in it LOL)

I have some editing software but wondered what the best compression for web software was at the moment...oh and simple to use, if that can fit into your answers too.

sorenson squeeze! it's NOT a system resources hog, it is pretty fast and simple to use - although over time you may pick some stuff up. but i was able to use it the first night i tried it without reading anything. and i'm no video wizard.

if you read the other video thread, you already heard about sorenson. you can probably even skip the new employee as sorenson has a batch feature so it can do almost everything without supervision.

Just curious how you got around the watermark bug in Squeeze? We haven't gotten anywhere with them on it.
