2.How can Lee tell who makes the 10,000th post?

2) Coz i have stats in the admin area

None. He just does what he likes and get's yelled at later (And I'm dead serious about that)

The Database and stats know all... When you look at the raw database the poster's name appears on the post. Same in Stats. Just personal profiles are off for some reason.
