VISA Approval, Zzzzzzzzzzz

Anyone else tried submitting a site to VISA through CCBill lately? I have been waiting 2 weeks for approval. I was told they hadn't received any VISA approval files since April 4th.

Whats up with that?
Does that mean they're getting ready to toss some new rules at us?

I emailed last week, and then followed up with Andy, and was told that I'd know when it was approved. I usually get email notifications, this time it is just taking forever! I have an anxious transexual that wants to do live cam shows, and he/she isn't terribly patient.
