If you have a US Business using ccbill how do you pay canadian taxes if your living in canada

once you have your business name in the US how do you open up a canadian business bank account i have me and my husband who want a business bank account together so on the cheques that ccbill send is it possible for them to pay the cheque to my business but if the business is in the us how can you open a canadian bank account with a us business please explain to me

Sounds like you need to spend some money on a lawyer to help you set up your business properly and legally. It's worth the money in the long run to make sure you are set-up correctly. I've seen too many people not realize they were not operating correctly, and then end up owing years of back taxes and penalties!

I personally know one webmeaster that ended up owing over $100,000.00 in back taxes and penalties! He ended up having to declare bankruptcy at 26 years old!

You've got to spend a little up front to make sure you are safe for the long term. Don't mess around when it comes to money and taxes.

One more thing...DO NOT take legal advice from anyone on a forum! <G> Get yourself a good lawyer to help you out. I'm sure Chad could help you out or suggest someone else.

get an accountant as well, every adult business person should have an accountant that knows exactly what they are doing, its the only way to ensure you are legally complying with your local tax laws.
