On the bus to one of the dinners at Phoenix, there were about a half dozen of the larger players in the gay marketplace (Naked Sword, Cybersocket, Pridebucks, Badpuppy, two or three others I can't remember right now) and us. We got to talking and decided that we could never sue each other since Chad represents all of us. I honestly think he's got about 70 or 80% of the gay webmaster community as clients. We are very happy with his work.

If you want another name in addition to Larry Walters and the First Amendment Law group, I'd recommend J.D. Obenberger. Been around a long time, lots of courtroom experience, very practical and down to earth. But not inexpensive

That is one of the best reasons I have ever heard to hire any particular attorney :groovy:

i actually have two law firms
but the one i depend on most is mainstream corporate law firm in the south that also does entertainment law...

figure they would be just as interested in keeping me out of the papers and jail as i would be... after all their clients would be all that happy that they rep a porn queen

No disrespect to Chad is meant with this but.. That is actually quite worrying from a business standpoint.

Kudos to Chad for having a great deal of gay clients however, what would happen should one of you guys decide to sue someone who was also using Chad as an attorney?
