Now if i have a business in the us ..

and i want to put all my business expense .. do i put all my business expenses under the business in the us

i mean i'm from canada but trying to figure out about the us business and being in canada

know when i declare my taxes to the gouverment do i need to also open a canadian business i mean how does all this work

Pierre, your best bet would be to consult a corporate lawyer or Revenue Canada regarding setting up shop in the US. Revenue Canada may be able to give you some information free of charge that a lawyer would charge you for. Make sure you have ALL the information before doing this. Revenue Canada like its southern sister the IRS are a bunch of bitches and don't tolerate ignorance, not meaning you, but they don't like hearing "I didn't know that" and can make your life a living hell.
