Looking For A WebCam...

Does anyone have any reccomendations of a webcam that i can control the pan/tilt of the feed via my laptop?

We want to get a cam setup in the garden so we can check on the dog whilst she is out there and i was hoping to find a cam that would allow us to move the image around as we wanted.

Anyone know if there are any good cams for this and has anyone else got a cam setup outside? If so, what else will we need to get this setup?

We use the Logitech Orbitz camera, we have found that to be the best cam. Runs 129.00 Pans/Tilts.
