Who's attending Webmaster Access Toronto?

Since we are in Toronto we will probably register for Webmaster Access East running May 11 - 13. I don't think we'll do any of the seminar stuff but will show up for a couple of the evening parties. On Thursday there is one at the Panorama Lounge of the Manulife Centre (this room has a fantastic view of the city). On Friday there is a party at Mink, a straight nightclub. Is anyone else planning on attending Webmaster Access, particularly the parties? It would be cool if there were a queer contingent at these events.

Is there good gay representation at this event? I'm thinking of going.

There should be a healthy representation -- not as good as Phoenix Forum which I think is the leader in gay outreach, but it will be good. And Toyboy will be there from Australia, which almost guarantees 24/7 partying for anybody that wants to try keep up with him. I have tried and failed miserably. However, not being able to keep up with Toyboy at a show is no reason for shame. Nobody can do it--it is like the 3 minute mile.

I just was told by Pierre that hotels seem to be booked up.

Hello strangers !!! Long time me no visit GWW ;-)

CuriousTim and Chad are both just waiting for me to come out (I think many people are), and yes, if there is a party to be had, hanging off my coattails is generally a good bet.

I'll be at all then parties - gay, straight, trisexual, and will probably create more than one of my own.

I'm actually looking forward to this one, because Chad and I don't get much quality time together these days at shows... what with me with a new straight program gig on top of the Curiouscash stuff.....

This time, we can play together again.

SO feel free to tag along wherever and whenever, you are as safe as houses when you are with me, WHEREEVER we may go, and with Chad present, I always have my lawyer with me to bail me out.

I would **LOVE** some homophobic Neanderthal to get started on my freiends.... could prove a painful lesson on their part.

OK, must run, look forwrad to seeing as many of you as I can in Toronto, and I WILL try and come back and post more often..when I can.

I left Toronto last year after living there for 7 years. If anyone needs any advice on where to stay, what to do, etc., let me know ...
