anyone here familiar with Ariztical Entertainment?

i'm wondering if anyone here is familiar with Ariztical Entertainment. as far as i can tell, they don't distribute porn but do distribute very softcore. anyone know anything about them by any chance?

Yup, thought I knew them. I've reviewed a few of their titles (Hell Bent, Eating Out, Surge of Power)... none of them are very good. Typical gay indie film stuff. Amateurish and poorly shot. Eating Out is the one that starred Jim Verraros from American Idol. It apparently did well enough to warrant a sequel, which I hear will be coming out sometime next year. It was probably the best of the few films of theirs that I have seen.

I know the publicist pretty well.

someone from there approached us regarding distribution of our dvds - coming soon - and after all the horror stories i've heard about dvd distribution companies, i wondered if these were basically good guys or what their rep is.

I've worked with Ariztical for over 6 years now. They had one really good release called Eating Out last year. Other than that they make "pro am" mainstream gay-themed films.
