Need your opinion about blog entries for zBUCKz affiliates

I have created some blog entries like in the following url for zbuckz affiliates. I need your opinion What do you think about it? Will it be useful?

This is great.

I start into the blogging right now and this is a very good way to make it easy promoting your websites.

We've been working on blog entries fro the Condom Cash sites too and this is definately a great way to generate more traffic.

One thing i would suggest though based on my own experience, rather than having 3 small thumbs, make 1 larger thumb, that seems to get more clicks :thumbsup:

This is great Fishy! I know I mentioned this in icq to you this morning, but the text needs to read from the point of view of the blogger, and not written like it'd be presented inside a tour from the owner's perspective. Talk like a blog owner, not a site owner.

Might also look at offering the blogger a choice of softcore or hardcore photos. Not sure how complex that'd be to setup.

Totally depends on how 'large' and 'clear' it is to be honest.

Some that i use that arent as clear as they could be i link to the larger pic, others that are clean and crisp so you can actually see the details, link direct to the tour or, a hosted gallery

It's a great idea, I think blogs are really exploding now. I can say with all honesty that bloggers are our among our top affiliates right now, the traffic really converts!! If you can combine good text with sexy pics and become a respected gay blog, you'll make some great money.

Yeah, I've been doing my gay news bits blog for a couple of years now and it helps bring in the traffic and cash.

So, anyhoo -- I've got a domain that does alright but could use a makeover -- I might use that one actually. Ahhh so much to do.

That's a nice, newsworthy blog Robin! I'll have Mr. Fishy add that to our links section on Kissjapan.com, I'm going to bug him to do an overhaul on the links section on there and add a 'blogs' category. I try to mostly link to mainstream sites from there and that one is perfect.

Of course there are ways to filter the traffic from your mainstream sites to your adult ones, and that converts really well too...so you've already got some traffic you can send to your adult blog once you get it live.

We have been debating back and forth the last week whether we should offer blog entries for ARS webmasters. I am of a mind that if they are offered, they will only be available after I have used them internally first. The other thing that concerns me is that if you want them to be an effective marketing tool for webmasters, you have to make sure you updated them very regularly. I don't konw if I have the time or energy to stick to an update schedule. I know that blogs are becoming a very popular traffic generating method, so perhaps I should reconsider and just offer them. I'm sure this marketing tool would work very well if you updated your tours regularly and created a blog entry with every update. I'm thinking you would be wasting your time if you were making blog entries and the pics used weren't even on the tour.

I don't think the pics used need to be in the tour for it to convert. It will help if they see the same model, so they know the model they like from the blog is on the site, but showing the same exact pics would be overkill IMO. We do plan to correspond blog updates in our affiliate program with site updates.
