    As blogs are going to be very populare, I am thinking about to build a blog site. Any advises about some good blog scripts?

    wordpress. it's free, it's very easy to use. and there are lots of skins and other stuff for it.

    I'm having umm around 5 blogs with serendipity and I really love them. For some reasons their script really helps my SE ranking

    WordPress is definately the way to go IMHO.

    It has loads of additional 'add-ins' and its really easy to install which is always a nice plus
