Dam no luck with these cheap processor

last week 2 cheques bounced

it looks like anyone using verotel and cashed a cheque it bounced so check your stuff i just got this letter from them

i cannot wait to use CCBILL should be next week i hope

Dear webmaster,

We have just been notified by Bank of America that your Paymaster check
was recently not honored. As a result you will receive the check back
from your bank along with any fees associated with this type of return.

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience and
uncertainty this mistake has caused. As we transition to Paymaster for the
payout to merchants we have experienced some glitches in timing our
funding mostly due to time differences. You may rest assured that Verotel is
working with Bank of America and Paymaster to correct these issues. We
are confident that there will be no further problems of this kind, so
please go ahead and deposit any future checks.

To remedy the situation we have reissued payment number 200983. It will
disappear from the Control Center at the end of this week and all
invoices under that payment number will be marked as unpaid. These unpaid
invoices will be added to the payment that is generated next weekend. The
new payment will appear in your Control Center on Monday May 22 and
will be paid out one week later on Monday May 29. In case you have been
charged any fees, please send us your (online/scanned) bank statements or
official documents that clearly show the NSF fees and we will refund
them via a manual check immediately. Please include your merchant id on
any documentation you send.

Again I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We value your
business and are striving to improve our services to meet your
expectations.

Yikes.

I HOPE that's an honest message, because the "Oh, sorry our check bounced, it was because ___________________" type of messages seem to be the way a lot of processors have signalled they are going under...

I do not like to hear that, I will put some checks from them in the bank soon, I have not had a problem in the past, I really hope I never do. :signhere:

they emailed you immediately, which is a good thing.

sounds like they are taking care of it and are also willing to pay you any fees, so that's not so bad. things happen. i once had a nastydollars check bounce. they took care of me right away, so no hard feelings - in their case, they have special security on their account and have to send the bank a list of all payees each pay period, and i fell off the list one period.

please let us know when/if the money for the periods that bounced are paid to you - or not.

Why are you not using their free ACH payment method?

It always goes into my bank on the Friady not the 'monday payout' with BofA.

Plus you are 'giving away $5bucks a period I believe?

Verotel pays me weekly via ACH and has NEVER missed a payment in 3 years.

I know it will work out for you Pierre have no fear they are not going anywhere

I had no problems cashing my last few payouts from Verotel

Verotel is our main processor and we had never any problems with them. And private, I am an affiliate of many websites wich use Verotel. Verotel is sending me my commissions to my bank account with no relay.
And they got immediately with you in contact about this matter. So don't worry.
