Be careful on the mainstream stuff - if you want to do that - host a page somewhere with some kind of product that isn't on a porn domain name ... and send your exit traffic to it - and not directly to the sponsor's page ... many of them will NOT allow their products/links on a porn site.

if you think your exit traffic is kids - anything that deals with music or computer gaming ... so you could build a nice fpa type thing targeting some various products in either one or both categories ... music and video cds's, mp3 players, xbox, games for playstation, or computer games, manuals, etc
