apparently the rumors are complete bull, from what I'm hearing now. I'll post if there's anything substantial, but it sounds like a situation where a competitor (or just a total idiot) decided to stir up some shit, and other folks decided to not ask for any proof.

True or not, when links are posted to whats supposed to be a processing site but when the link is clicked you end up on a CP site the url needs to be deactivated.

Anyhow, let me eat my delicious words, because it seems there is a problem with N----/Livecharge, and he was arrested and charged. Seems like a very, very good time to not have that on my sites :-)

Agreed. Zak found the charges online, but didn't forward me a link-- I'll post them when I have them. If I recall correctly, 9 counts of kiddie porn, 2 counts of money laundering. I'll see if I can get a link to the proof and post it online... but Zak saw it with his own eyes.

FWIW Aaron's servers are offline now, too. It's real. :-(

It is actually seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor (in various degrees) and 2 counts of money laundering. I removed all of their links as soon as I heard the news, as well as emailed my clients who use Livecharge to pay me.

I have a copy of the indictment sheet that Zak sent to me, and I am currently looking for a new system to allow my models to receive tips. I can get another billing company anywhere... it's the tipping service we need the most, before I start losing models left and right.

If anyone can help me with that, let me know.
