Are You A Decision Maker Or A Marketer?

Just wondered who we actually had on GWW so far as your businesses go, are you the person who makes the decisions or, markets the decisions made by your bosses?

I know we have quite a few company employees as GWW Community members and i can think of a few individuals who make the final decision about their businesses but im sure there are a lot of you i have missed so, do you get to make the important decisions or, do your employers do that?
