Pierre Fitch & Ralph Woods leaving falcon studios

Me and Ralph are gonna cancel our exclusive contract with falcon we feel that we have been under paid for all of our movie so we decided to move on .. today is our last day of working with them we herd that some of the other model's working for falcon were paid well .. and we just feel that what we were paid was really not much and they did not treat us very well they are big babby when they don't get there way last time they wanted us to make a movie and i told i did not want to do things with ralph so they hung up the phone on us and told us we are not coming for the movie i find that Jan Milstead director of this company is such a baby and really rude to his models and pays some allot and some he reall under pays

i think that i have been doing porn for a long time and that i deserve to be paid a nice amount of money and i feel that i should be treated well because i treat people very well and respect most people ..

anyhow i'm just happy to get away from such company...

mabey i will look for other company who will treat me much better and work on my own projects ...

i do enjoy meeting new poeope and working with new people ..

I think ive been running GWW for a long time and that i deserve to be paid a nicer amount of money than i get now... It aint going to happen though LOL

Out of interest, how do you know others have been paid more than you? Did they tell you themselves or did you find out by other means?

Also, not to seem rude but, if i called you up to appear in movie, told you how much i wanted to pay you, who i wanted you to perform with and for how long and you refused, id probably tell you not to bother showing up if you declined also... Especially as you have a contract.

the problem with quitting falcon is that they are the reason your name is so searched - falcon reaches a HUGE audience so anyone working with them gets tons of free publicity. if you don't keep working with them or another studio as big as they are, your name will have less recognition which will lead to less searches and less sales.

if you are serious about leaving falcon,consider getting some work with the biggest studios you can find or do some pictorials in big name print mags to keep your name in the public eye. every time more people see your name on a box cover, there will be more people who will search for you and who will know who you are. that's money in the bank for a site like yours.

A very good point which also brings up...

Who used the name 'Pierre Fitch' first for porn related stuff?

If Pierre continued using that name, would Falcon simply be able to stop him from legally using it?

If so, then he'd have absolutely nothing by way of traffic as he would, for all intents and purposes, be starting from scratch.

Sometimes two parties just don't get alone.

In the long run we all have to work together...over and over again. At least those that are in the business for the long run.

Falcon is a great company..
Pierre is a great person..

All things happen for a reason and I've been very impressed with what I've seen of Pierre's site, motivation, and skills. Perhaps there is a "P.Fitch studios" coming soon...and grow big enough that you would purchase Falcon or in time want to sell to Falcon.

I'm not one to talk (still to young and make to many mistakes to be a coach) but if at all possible try to keep on good terms with everyone. Those that you can't just leave along and in time people change.

I with Pierre and Ralph the best of luck and if there is anything you need help with just drop me (us) a note!

Personally, I'd heard of Pierre Fitch long before he ever started working for Falcon and was a fan of his long before he started working for Falcon. He also went by the name Pierre Fitch long before ever arriving at Falcon.

I'd also heard of Ralph Woods long before he started doing work for Falcon, and even before he and Pierre were married.

Truth be told, I was a bit disappointed when I found out that Pierre signed with Falcon as I felt that his more personal, accessible and approachable work (personal site, personal vids, personally produced material) and more amateur-feeling stuff was tremendously hot and that Falcon flicks wouldn't do him justice. Nothing against Falcon but their movies are too heavily produced and tied to plot elements for my tastes, and I felt all of that would be a waste of Pierre's talents - a young man who needs no direction and is so lively and enthusiastic in front of the cameras that all a director would do was hold him back.

I'm sure both Falcon and Pierre (and Ralph, for that matter) can continue to do extremely well for themselves, each party absent the other.

Me and Ralph are creating our first DVD in NYC we are almost finsih the name of the dvd will be called Pierre New York Adventure.. it's gonna be a big hit i think and i hope...

i'm not here to cause drama about falcon or bad talk about anyone i just like to let my feelings out...

i have allot of project coming i'm working very hard and trying my best to be a success ...

Kidding. I wish you the best of luck in your new journey. Hopefully it will work out for you and you will continue to see your star rise. I'm sure you would do well with either Chi Chi or Michael Lucas. Hell, give Titan a call.

I have no idea about any of the specifics, so I will just offer some very general advice that I would give to any porn star in this situation. Just be careful that you aren't demanding too much. I knew one porn model who demanded $5,000 per scene, and he was lucky enough to get it once or twice, but he also gained a reputation as a bit of a "difficult" model, and now he hasn't worked in years. You have to be someone like Matthew Rush to make that kind of money per shoot.

In this business, it's far too easy for a porn star to get a swollen head and think they deserve more money than they've earned. And it's a surefire way to put a nail in the coffin of one's career. It takes a little bit of time to grow a name and a following. Just be sure you are being realistic in terms of your name and your persona. A little bit of humility will get you very far in this business.

You do have to be careful about not just disappearing... as Basschick said, Falcon brings with it an incredible publicity machine, and if you're no longer with them, you'll have to work really hard to keep your name in front of everyone.

Somebody (a friend of his who is representing himself as a "manager") convinced Brent Everett that he could make a fortune by refusing to do videos for any other companies and only releasing his own stuff. As far as I know, he's neither released anything, nor has he done anything else that's created any visibility.

I think that porn is even more here-and-now than the mainstream entertainment business. If a model is out of the market for more than a few months, people simply move on to the "next big thing" (no pun intended.)

Pierre, you have a lot going for you. Just realize that without a big publicity machine behind you, it will require a lot more work on your side to keep your name (well, and your dick, I guess) in front of people and keep them buying your products.
