I had my first cigarette in almost 2 weeks and i have to say, i didnt enjoy it one bit in fact, i almost puked.

Im pretty certain thats going to have been my last smoke ever especially after all the green shit ive been coughing up all day :eek:

I am proud to say that it has been 2 years since my last smoke. though I have been tempted .. allow yourself to slip but will power and the desire to live better will get you back on that long road to recover.
