Is there a program that does screen shots of .mpg videos?

I have a bunch of videos that are like 25 minutes each and I want a program that just runs through them and maybe captures a screen grab every 3 seconds or something. So I can get a good set of 100-200 pics out of each video.

Is there a program that does this? I dont want to do print screen on each one .

Another software package that might handle it is Blaze Media Pro from http://www.blazemp.com.

You can download the trial version and see if its "Video Decompiler" function does the job.

    Marc,

I love that program as well.

A site you may be interested in is http://www.afterdawn.com/software/

That's the software section, but they also have very detailed guides to do just about everything you would ever want to do with video.

There is also a great forum there if u really get stuck with something very complicated.
