Why is piss porn illegal again?

Id fucking Love to do a watersports site. Itd be so easy to do, so easy to get content. Guys would model for free just to get pissed on by a bunch of other guys .
The fanbase would be super loyal, and they'd buy a lot of other fetish based products. WS is real money maker. Ive met so many guys who were into piss and I wasnt even looking for it.

Why is this illegal? To me its pretty vanilla. Most guys could piss on some dude with one hand and eat a cheeseburger with the other and its no big deal.

I do not think piss sites are really illegal, I have one AVS piss site that is really soft-core "just guys pissing" but getting listing for it is sometimes a problem

We're running the content and haven't had any problems with it yet. It only comes to what is deemed obscene in the area that you are hosting your materials. At least that is what I have gathered recently in a legal discussion about content types.

Acutally, you can get herpes and some other STDs through urine. A lot of people don't realize this. It's a lot safer than barebacking but it's not totally safe. HIV is not transmitted through urine but some other STDs are.

tides change as do the opinions of certain legal beagles out there - my guess is since the government is attempting to shut porn down - whether gay or not - pissing or fisting, gaggling simulated rape etc. are grouped all together and regulated / tagged as obscene. It is not illegal. Apparently certain banks have a problem using their financial services regarding transactions using such activity.

It is not as if there is a law somewhere on the subject.

Piss porn isn't illegal; otherwise Chi Chi and Michael Lucas wouldn't be offering it in nearly every one of their movies now. It's the hot new thing in gay porn. Yay!

HIV can't be transmitted via urine, but there is the possibility of contracting other STDs, though to be honest, this is true for pretty much all sexual activity. Also, though it is true that HIV is not the only STD that can kill you, it's also pretty much true that in today's day and age, with exception to herpes (which is permanent), all other STDs are pretty easily cured with either a shot or a cycle of pills. We're not living in the dark ages anymore, folks. It sucks to have gonorrhea (take it from someone who knows, haha), but I'd rather have gonorrhea for a week than HIV for the rest of my life.

Also, if someone has a bladder infection, you could be at risk for getting one yourself. (That's only if you swallow.)
