    She-Male Porn

Does it convert better on a straight site or on a gay one?

....I think it's better on a shemale site.. cause it's in between and it shouldn't be mixed!! that's the only niche that cannot be mixed...

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

    Mark,

Shemale sells better on straight traffic sources than it does with gay traffic sources

The type of surfers you'll be attracting with shemale sites is the type id stereotype as middle-aged, wall street bankers or bank manager types

    Regards,

    Lee

IMO dont put any shemale on a gay site or a gay section.
Years ago I put some shemale links on a gay site and not one sale, lots of clicks though.

Thats what I was wondering. Our site has seperate rooms for gay, straight, etc. Even since before I joind XoD 2 years ago, she-male has been in gay and fetish only... But I think its time I talked to someone about getting it moved out of gay and into straight...

    I wouldn't put in a gay site.

I have never been able to sell to a gay surfer.

But I know some that can.

    Go figure.

I told the XonDemand guy that a year ago. If you send gay men to a gay site and they see shemale-this and shemale-that they will fucking RUN away and leave tire marks behind them.
You may as well put Hairy granny porn in there as well. It'll have the same effect.

To any straight program owners out there, in my opinion most gay men are turned off by pussy. Most gay men dont want pussy or anything that hints of pussy.
I know its and hard to understand how any male out there wouldnt love vagina, but most gay men don't.
I cant watch bi porn because theres a women in there, and I see her lips and hear her voice and it totally turns me off. No offense to any women.

hope this helps any straight webmasters reading this, .

I have found that "she male" category works on gay sites that are niche specific, such as our gayasianshop site, because there are not a lot of places to get a good selection of asian she male dvds.

however, on our wehovideo site, we can't give she male away.... well i guess we could give it away, but we very very seldom sell any. All of our marketing in she male areas has come up empty handed simply because it's on a gay site. The section gets lots of traffic.... no sales to speak of.

She Male in the general market seems to always do poorly on gay sites and now I am convinced of my findings since others have voiced the same thing in this thread.

She Male does, however, do well on straight sites, or on sites specific to she males. There is an ENORMOUS amount of traffic for shemales on the web.

shemale was our bread and butter for years. it sells best on shemale sites, to shemale traffic, then str8, then gay.
