for years we had very little or no debate on this board yet it was a very busy - which is still true of the other boards i regularly visit.

we talked about business, which there has been less of with all the drama. i made more money, more friends and got more done. and - to me - that's a perfect board. we also talked about some fun stuff and once in a long while someone would bring up politics and things would get heated.

but usually we used this board as a place to communicate with peers and it rocked bigtime. now it's all drama, a lot of the regular posters are scarce - probably because all the drama is just noise that wastes time but isn't fun or business or friends.

The only thing I notced about this board when i joined after lurking. Is that even before I arrived some of the players in the gay industry who are actually pretty big and share info on other boards don't post here at all.

I can think of ten that I have seen on here a year ago, that are elsewhere.

And it's a shame beacuse they are on other boards (some they created) sharing vaulauable info that I feel gwww would benefit from. I know I have learned a lot from just lurking and ready their advice.

Well I have just been killing time until I get my graphic package here lately, but will be posting much less in the future after all I have so much to do when I can really get started. Its just the past 2 months or so I have been in a bit of a holding pattern, its kinda hard to keep promoting a site that will not be part of my future. As far as the drama I do not know my thinking is it gave life to the site, but you are probably right allot of people do not like to be questioned about things. So I am going to try to keep my mouth shut “at least this weekend” and we can see how it goes. Eater way once I can get started on the next generation of sites, I will not have the energy to argue about much of anything, so that should take care of my part of the problem.

Just to answer this one question because they really deserve the plug I really love my designers http://blueflyadult.com/ they have put up with allot of picky crap from me and are a very mid priced company that does top notch work. If they can deal with me I am sure they can make about anyone happy. While I am talking about them they are wanting to know it I want a toon in my flash logo that I am debating right now, I have seen sites that have than and I do like it, but I do not want to make my site look like anything but REAL PORN and not sure a toon is the best thing for a Teen Boy Action site. :mental:

Ya I do love to pile on the extras, but a toon does not send the message I really want and in a way belittles my site. It would be more acceptable on a Asian site or something softer-core but I want to be a purest sex merchan with my new sites No BS art porn films, No public service announcements, No moral dilemmas, No what I guess people call gay ethics LOL if their really is suck a thing, just ball to the wall hard fucking core teen boy/twink themes. Will leave all the “feel good” “alternative motives” to others sites, I just want to make PORN and not afraid to say it. :jasun:

I normally know the answer before I even ask the question, just like to see if people can tear it down to my satisfaction. The more I thought about it the less I linked the idea of I guess you could say friendling up the site. Just like most of us I guess I know in my mind what I want, and in the end this is normally what I do.
