I don't get it.

He's suing over trademark infringement.

Someone using his domain name in advertising that he's not getting the benefit for, as they are doing it to draw people away from google and to Yahoo, where I almost be he is not marketing his domain. So essentially, they are using his trademarked domain to hijack traffic that might be clicking his ads on google and visiting his website and buying his services instead of taking the detour to yahoo.

I think i need to read it a few times. I thought it was about buying ad space on a competitor site.
