I've been talking to some experts who suggested we take a look at Flash for the video clips on our site. Although the quality is not as high as the best QuickTime or WMV, it's pretty good and is much more idiot-proof on both our end and the user's end since most people have a the Flash player and it's not platform or browser specific.
I went ahead and encoded one of our solo clips here and was wondering what your thoughts are.

Loads for me (using FireFox). Good quality stream. What's the bitrate? I'm on cable and it buffers slowly.
You're right, it works in FF but not IE. And it loads very slow and then it stops buffering but it doesn't start playing automatically. It does look good though.

Firefox 1.5 and it loaded fine for me.
For the screen size, it is very good quality - no anomalies.

I'm on IE -- 5 minutes and it still hasn't loaded yet. It's at about 53% now.
