ever have a week where you always think it's the wrong day?

on monday, i felt like it was thursday and every other day i keep thinking it's friday. I'M SO CONFUSED!!!! :wtf:

I gave up on tracking what day it is along time ago, really only try to know what the first day of the month is but even then I get lost sometimes. My “days” are solely governed by the work I am doing and nothing else, I have no clock to punch or anyone to be accountable too so its easy to just float from day to day with out knowing where the hell I am on the calendar. :mental:

I recently had quite a pleasant "wrong day" experience.

I need to park my car on one side of the street or the other depending on what day of the week it is. For some reason I dd not realize it was Friday already and had my car parked on the Thursday side.
Sometime at work, I realized it was Friday and then I realized I am going to be $75 poorer.

Not so - just happened to be some kind of Jewish holiday (they suspend parking rules very oftern for these kind of reasons, which suits me

) so not ticket !

when you have to do 2 paysite updates per week, have appointments to keep with models and other things of this sort, you have to know what day it is or you're pretty much fucked.

which means that for 3 days this week, i thought i was late on our thursday update *LOL*

It happens to me ALL THE TIME! I've even missed a few things b/cuz of it. Especially when there are long holiday weekends when Monday is the day off and I think it's Sunday. Or stuff like that.

Ya I got ya Bass in the past I have been relying to much on my feed content provides to do updates for me, and with all the work I am doing with my designers, layout of the site, content management and about 100 other small jobs I get totally lost.

I have been doing things this way for so long its really going to be hard for me to get back on any kind of schedule at all when my new program opens and I need to keep one. Hell I do not even go to bed at the same time everyday anymore, every day is a few hours longer than the previous day so it can get really fucked up for me. In a way I guess you could say I have been living in a bottle totally unaware of the outside world for a long time.

I used to have that happen ALL the time and still do occasionally but, since i bought one of those wall calendars and its the first thing i see in the morning when i open the office door its become a lot less frequent thankfully

I have that feeling quite often actually - dealing with you guys oversees totally screws up my schedule and I tend to "life and think" more in your time zone than in mine - like my day starts at 8 or 9 am here - which is when y'all go to bed and I tell you "good night <name here> "

Then I take over the night shift and have the sun shining into my little office room - thats weired

Yesterday I thought is was Wednesday and it wa Thursday, today it feels like a Tuesday, holidays feel like Sundays cuz everything is closed too then.

The only way I keep up with time and date is that I pulled the windows task bar to be two rows heigh - this way I see Time, Weekday and Date. I have so watch on my wrist since when I'm away from my PC i want to life timeless.

unfortunately too many times... but at least the weekend is coming as well as the end of another month.. I think...

Yeah same here I never know what day it is especially since my boyfriend works for me. He used to work 9-4 and had weekends off so then at least then I could realise when a weekend was. Now there is nothing that makes me realise what day it is,

... been there done that -- but it lasted a lot longer than a week -- more like a couple years!
