    Celebrity Sites

Anyone know the rules on non nude celebrity sites? I am about to expand my “for fun” celebrity site and was wondering what I can do, should I try to contact said celebrity or really his people or what ever? I was thinking about selling some of his crap and supporting 2 of his big charity’s, and maybe making some money myself :honest:

mostly celebs say no to this kind of request, but it's worth asking. unlike porn copyright violations, these guys will not only C&D you, they will sue you like crazy as they do this all the time so be very careful...

Ya ok I will ask I guess, getting a answer back might be a problem we will have to see I have his e-mail and all, just have never sent anything. I just think it would be fun to do something other than porn ever once in awhile, just to take a break, and I do get free hosting for all non adult sites from my hosting company. I really do think I can make the best site in the world for him too, after all adult webmaster are the best in the world at this kind of stuff, or I think so. With his new realty show coming out this fall to it would be a really good time to get going on this.

Talk to an attorney before moving further

Many fan sites have been shut down because of licensing and legal issues that you have no idea about.

When it comes to legal advice don't take advice from forums contact Chad Belville 2cents

In all honesty, it's just not worth the time. A celeb himself wont ok it, you will have to goto his agency, which takes time, and will say no.

    Find something that's easier.

I sent off a e-mail we will see what happens, not sure about the attorney stuff if they say NO or do not say anything I will not spend the extra time on its. This it really just for fun for me, I know it might sound weird but doing stuff like this is fun to me.
