traffic hacking?

I was doing a search to see how many references there were to our site maledirectory.com on google. There is thousands of hidden references to our site on pages from http://www.freewebs.com/. It also looks like they are also referencing gaydemon and a couple others in their html. If you view the source at http://www.freewebs.com/epbbs/ and search for maledirectory or gaydemon you will see what I mean. This page is just one example there are literally thousands of URLs from freewebs.com with hidden references to our sites in their html. Are they trying to affect our traffic or is there another reason they would do this?

Actually you can just start highlighting across the big width of white space with your cursor and see all of the keywords they're trying to get positioning for. But google long ago started penalizing sites that used "hidden" text that's the same or near same color as the background color. And yes, they're trying to jockey for SEO listings using your domain names along with all the other keyword heavy text. You could always report your findings to Google to ensure they're aware of this particular site's tactics.
