Something thats a smaller watered down version of those sites thats inexpensive and lighter that just tells who is online with their picture and lets them make a little bio about themselves? All for free to the user.
Also how can I populate this easily? Are there sites out there that have plugins?
I used a plugin from Tangowire for olderdate.com, but I want people to be able to browse for free and without limits

minors, for one thing. guys pretending to be underage, minors pretending to be 18 getting guys who are over 18. guys putting up pics of people who didn't give permission for their pics to be posted. people putting up pics you didn't know where actually from high end magazines and video companies. and i've read about dating and profile sites that were involved in legal procedings when guys meet a stalker through them or some other unsavory thing happens.
i bet chad could do a much better list, but i bet there's a lot involved in having a site like this.

We have a website generating good money (free for users... with limitations... only 3 pics, 10 posts a day etc. If they want more they pay 10 bucks a month).

VBulletin has several plugin systems that will allow you to setup a MySpace type system, im currently working on such a system to plug in to my members areas to make the sites a little 'stickier' for members.
Take a look at http://www.qpeeps.com to get an idea of how these VBulletin plugins will look and act.
