Basically, on the link code page, change all occurences of 941984 to 1301898 and you'll be all set

Patti is correct, you make $15 for each single month join and rebill.

You make $44 for a multi-month join plus, $15 for each rebill (3 months after the initial join).

it takes ccbill 10 to 20 minutes before your account is active. after that it should count your clicks.
