I need info about Autoreponders

I am planning an ad campaign to drive traffic to my website, www.hungbrandon.com. (I'm in the middle of an overhaul.) Some of the steps involved will require users to email me and in turn email them back with an attachment. The return email and attachment will be based on the subject line or text in the body. Something like "Offer 1" or "Offer 2" or "Offer 3"

Is this something an autoresponder can do? My ISP provides email with an autoreponder, but only for vacations. No way to detect specific text phrases. When I do a google search, there are free ones and pay ones. Are free ones worth dealing with? Are all autoreponders web-based? Are there ones that I can buy and install locally on my desktop? If I have to deal with a web-based autoreponder service, are there ones that are gay adult friendly?
