Are there submission programs for free sites?

There are so many programs to build and submit tgp galleries and handle all the recips. Is there anything for freesites?

It looks really difficult to handle all the recips and submissions by hand. Especially when you use a different niche and have to swap out recips all the time.
There has to be something that at least helps out.
I bought Free Site Wizard but it sucked.
Is there anything good? What do you all use?

perhaps you could buy a copy of G.A.S.S. and create a database. this would allow you to group link lists with different requirements together. then you would use G.A.S.S. to mirror the page you put your recips on as if it were a gallery.

Wow is G.A.S.S still around?
I bought that in 2001 when I think Darksoft was his name was selling it.

I used Chameleon Submitter to do it. I had to set up my own database of free sites, and it took some trial and error on the index page templates, and lots of help from Joan at CS, but it was well worth the effort.

I still did the submissions through their manual submission process, but having it set up the recips and fill in the data for over 100 link lists was a huge timesaver.
