Just Curious What Your Thoughts Were On This?

When getting new paysites ready, do you find it is easier to get all the content related work done before or after the main tour design?

Right now ive been working on the content (movies, stories, sets) after the tour has been completed but im wondering if it might be better to get movies and sets encoded/resized before the tour is actually completed?

Your thoughts? Which method do you currently use and have you found one method to be smoother than the other so far as work times etc?

We get the idea for the tour on paper, grab the content we want to include on the tour and send that out for design. It typically takes a week to get that completed, in that time we get content prepped by getting it uploaded and into the CMS systems. But its only after we get the completed tour plus new members area design that we can pull the members area together.

ps....by we I mean Ben, he has been great for getting this stuff together! I will get him over here to post too.
