How would you value an older domain?

How would you value a domain that was registered in January, 1998? It's just PR3 but redirects to a PR4 site which has been around for a few years.

Depends on what the domain is.

gaysex.com would be worth a lot more than hardcoregaysexaction.com

Without knowing more info, it could be valued anywhere from $10-$10,000

Interesting site ... according to it I have domains totalling up in value in excess of 40-50 grand. hehee

..... and it still comes down to: it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I was shocked to see a domain we bought for $3k is worth nearly 40k according to LeapFish....I suddenly feel really happy with our investment.
