Hi guys , if you dont know that i play semi pro cricket, had a lucky escape today , i got hit in my ummmm meat a veg today with the ball. not nice , hope be able to get rid of the bruise and keep the swelling

I played one game of baseball without one, ( :-* oh yeah, hardball straight to the nuts), and that was the last game I played without one.

It happened to you in baseball gee , yes i do wear a box as we call it ,
but some times when the ball comes down at 80 mile a hour still can hurt ,,,
but i will live ..
