Gay Phoneix Forum - Sold Out?

I just got off the phone with the Phoneix Inn and Suites and they told me that they are completly booked for the Gay Phoenix Forum from CCBill. I don't see anything about it being sold out on the gayphoenixforum.com website though.

Sounds like this should be a great inagural conference if they sold out the host hotel already.

I would call right on Friday, August 11, 2006 or the next day. Everyone that sponsored the event got so many rooms avaliable for them to book. We sponsored and got a bunch a rooms but we don't need them all. So we have until the 11th to book the rooms or else they are returned back to the hotel’s general inventory.
