    US Copyright

    http://www.copyright.gov/

Why can't one just attach a set of photos printed out on paper with cover as " Literary Works" to the US Copyright office in the idea it will become printed as a coffee table art book? And the 2257 information along with it?

Would this be too much of a slap in the face to our government as we are searching them out with each set rather than them searching us with little warning?

I know they could still search but would it at least be an effort? Or no chance in hell?

You do realize by 'gay' I mean a man who has sex with other men?

Arent they supposed to be working on updating all the trademark/copyright processes at the moment?

I thought there was a big ol' fuss about all the phoney trademarks/copyrights that get submitted each day so they just decided to overhaul the system in its entirity.

I think it's patent and trademark processes that are being overhauled, not copyright.
