So ok.. after months and months of trying to get my abs back so I can go shirtless in Phoenix in October... I finally gave up and went back to the one thing that was a Sure-Fire method of getting my abs back.

I'm on the Suzanne Somers diet.

I hear yah: if I get lazy, and do nothing for a while, things tend to "loosen".
Of all things, abs are the most difficult, to get back.

I used to think MORE, sit-ups, crunches & yadda yadda, was the answer, but what I found works best for me is increasing cardio (jogging etc), because it cuts away fat and expose muscles.
