This thread has been created just so you receive this letter without any delay as I know what problems a PO Box can cause, you should have received this via Fax, Mail and Email too.

Im sorry but when the guy hides behind a P.O Box this is the only way to make sure he gets the communication.

This is where he slandered my company and I simply did not want to let it stand. His accusations were unfounded and that is the whole point here. He shot his mouth off now he can pay the price for his actions.

Sorry you dont want to know and are not interested and think things like this should be dealt with in private but it was not started in private. Court is also not private but in fact public, you are all invited.

Again apologies for having to bring this to the board but simply can not let this go and must defend my company in every way possible.

I dont think this is the place. You had his address. In the UK loads of companies use po box addresses, it means nothing. Big companies do it all the time.

Whilst i on the other hand am loving it.

Not only did his company accuse me of promoting child pornography, they managed to twist the facts it was the other way around and have now accused ME of slandering them.. Via their attorneys LOL

This really doesnt get any better than this as far as im concerned this is a no-lose case when it gets to court.. Which it will, i guarantee that now :thumbsup:

Firstly his company is a corporation in the USA along with ours.

Secondly in the UK companys use PO Boxes but legally have a registered office... an Accountants or Law Firm.... along with the Directors having to legally file there addresses.

Thirdly im sorry that you find this drama, and I sincerley hope your company isnt slandered in public, and even so if it was, i'd be there standing behind you to support you in taking action against Lee or whoever owns GA for his actions.

If lee wants to remove this thread then feel free too, it was only put here to get him to take notice of the fact, as after talking to many people in the industry he seems to only ackowledge certain communications and ignore others!

Lee im unsure how the UK is going to help you, but if you would like i'll arrange for you to be picked up from the airport - our expense of course.
