Even after 8 years, I'm still checking emails and working on the site everyday at 6 AM and usually every night until midnight.

I don't have an 8 to 5 job since I'm working for myself. I have a 10am until 4am job working for myself

As a good friend of mine once said "Anyone who wants to start their own business should be required to have their head examined first."

Not that I don't love it and appreciate the flexibility it can provide, just that it is (if you want to be successful) nowhere near as easy as having an 8 to 5 working for someone else.

..so, the masters (four of 'em) allow me to play in the backyard, when I want, more or less.

Do I work an "8 to 5" type of job?
Kind of --- due to the amount of staff, whom are/were not capable of waking from their slumber, on time, we've been blessed with "flex hours" - arrive any time before 10am.
Most decided to arrive @ a later time, while I went for the opposite ... I'm a 7-320'er.

I have started sleeping in till 9 am, then I have a coffee and get to work. I figure no matter when I start I am sitting here till 7 every night anyway (and I am not a big morning person!!!)

I love mornings, i get about 2 hours between 7 and 9 am where i cna check e-mail plan my day, do updates before everyone else starts to get up and the phones startringing and the problems and calls start coming in.

I have an 8 to 5 job...8 a.m. to 5 a.m.!

What I love about my job is the flexibility. I can take my dog Bunky down to Ocean Beach for a walk in the middle of the afternoon. However, that usually means i work until 2 a.m. to make up for it.

But as they say, if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life!
