Designer Needed -- Individual

I am looking for a new designer for AsianBoyNation. I do not want to work with a company, but with an individual who is reliable, has a good sense of what works and what doesn't in a clean, non-cookie cutter design for a gay site.

This will be for ongoing work as we make changes to the site or add new features.
