A lot of people don't goto webmaster boards and wouldn't have a clue about 2257. They also could be a foreign site with no U.S. ties to bind them to 2257.
I had my site up a few years before coming across adult webmaster sites, though I did have 2257 and keep records then as I knew others in the business.

i think its on one of those free hosts that redirect a % of the hits so keep a pop up blocker on.
Not good you can't type in the actual domain without being forwarded somewhere else, that coupled with the massive backbrowser popups, and basic design tell me they don't care about 2257 and most likely don't have model releases for all that content... especially the beach voyeur stuff, let alone ID's.

Well they're located in the Netherlands and hosting 33 sites on that same server in Vancouver Washington (where I grew upOriginally Posted by marcjacob

However... they are processing with ccbill, so either they faked the info so ccbill would approve them, or they have another site and are using the ccbill join script from another site. That one is definitely noncompliant with Visa regs.
