I thought eveyone knows you can't file for a trademark or a copyright on a movie title? You can only apply if it involves a screen play or a script, which obviously wouldn't apply to a porn movie.

Is Chad Belville a real lawyer? He should know something as basic as this subject.

Wrong. You can trademark a movie. The USPTO is full of movies.

AND when I filed, the USPTO asked me for box covers of the movies to be filed along with the title.

Sure sounds like you can trademark them to me... especially since I have done it.
