PulzProductions: Pulz Productions travels to the Gran Canaria with several employees. Runs up a $18,000 bar tab. When it comes time to pay, Reece's credit card is declined. Reece is nowhere to be found. Employees of Pulz Productions ARE ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE POLICE STATION. One of the employees of the company, Eddie, had to pay the bill with his own credit card in order to get everyone out of jail!

BritishBucks: Reece, owner of Pulz Productions, sends $30,000 as part of an acquisition of the company via paypal. Transaction ended up chargeback and PayPal begins a fraud investigation.

AlleyBucks: Pulz Productions makes an ad buy on GayMainStreet.com amount due $5,000. Fails to pay invoice. Contract is renegotiated. Fails to pay new invoice. A banner spot was placed on hold (as inventory is full), and revenue lost.

Reece from Pulz Productions states he's been under negotiations to acquire Ynot and all of its properties. I have not been able to get in touch with Bob yet re: this.

I do not personally know what is true and what isn't in the above mentioned accounts, except for those I have first hand knowledge of. However, I have cited all sources and repeated their claims as made to me. My purpose for writing this notice is to prevent others from losing time, money, or potentially even business assets.

Factual Update:

I want to be fair to all parties at all times, and got this alert out quickly because I feared some that I know and respect in this industry were getting hurt. Here are some new facts to update my original post:

Samebb's Amount of Chargeback: Samebb claims it was for nearly $30,000 US. Reece from Pulz claims it was a $8,000 US and that Samebb was mistaken as it wasn't a chargeback, it was simply held until funds were validated. I have no way of independantly validating the actual amount.

CCBill: Total amount of Pulz's sponsorship was $20,000, total amount of chargeback was $11,000 according to Reece.


Reece says that he will be explaining the chargebacks shortly in a public statement, and will get everyone the money that they are owed.

Let me guess, he wants to know if anyone he owes money too takes stolen credit cards as payment?

I really cant beleive you are still talking to this guy after some of the industries most respected companies have all been swindled by him.

One or two companies could be an unfortunate coincidence, 10+ companies is credit card fraud. It doesnt take a genius to work that out.

I don't know exactly what's going on, other than a lot of people are owed money at this point.

Just giving this thread a bump as Reece is currently on GWW and hopefully he can explain all of these chargeback 'errors'.

Hopefully, we'll be able to get Kelly in here sometime later this evening or tomorrow to discuss several other aspects of Reece Dylan / Pulz Productions that havent been made public at the present time including more documented cases of credit card fraud
