My New Blog - Your Comments Wanted

Hi All,

Well, spent all of Sunday creating a new blog for Hot Desert Knights; http://www.hotdesertknights.com/blog

As this is my first attempt at blogging, I'd appreicate your comments and/or suggestions.

Those of you that know me know that I am somewhat challenged when it comes to this kind of stuff....always been satisfied to just pay to have our websites maintained. Anyway, decided to bite the bullet and give it a whirl. I don't think it turned out too bad, at least it's a start... and I didn't blow up the computer.

Anyway, if you get a chance stop by, take a look and feel free to give me your opinion. And, don't worry, I'm pretty thick skinned.

Looks very nice Bill! It's clean (while being dirty, ) and not too cluttered which is one of my big turn offs of some blogs I've seen.

Any thoughts of having the blog become a sales tool for affiliates? IE they use it on their blogroll as a link, and clicking to it or anything on it would carry their affiliate id?

I understand. Guess we're all good at certain things and suck at others. I'm good at the marketing aspect, but damn, setting up the blog was a real brain teaser. Bet I smoked 4 pack of cigs the day I set that damn thing up.:smoke:
