has anyone had any experience using the P2P networks to promote their site(s) ?

If you have, could you spread some light on if you thought it was successful

It used to be very profitable unfortunately, once Microsoft stopped allowing people to encode pop-ups in media files the profitability of P2P dropped, at least for me.

cant you just use an older version of windows media encoder?

or will the new versions of Windows Media Player automatically disable any URLs?
