Has anyone else noticed a lack of denied transactions over the last 7-10 days from CCBill?
Im not complaining by any means, im just wondering what this can be attributed to?
Do you think its because people are getting their credit cards all paid up ready for Christmas spending or something else?

who knows? perhaps it's just a reporting error - the denails are happening but not showing in our stats.

Sure do... just got 2 today. I don't get anything from Epoch, just CCbill.

You need to set the webadmin system up to send you notification emails.
I think you can set it up so you get new sales, rebills, affiliate signup emails and also denials.
Where in Webadmin you set this up i have no idea though, i found it purely by mistake several months ago LOL

CCbill admin has a lot of very cool features... if you can find them. Lol
last week was a total bugger for denials, we even had a few rebills denied which hurts
but this week things are back to normal, sales are good and I think the only denial email I got was quickly followed up by an accepted email on the ccbill dialer!

I had an excruciatingly slow week last week and I'm with Verotel. You can't see denials with Verotel. I wonder why both processors had slow weeks... both with same bank turning up the scrub?

It wasn't just CCbill and Verotel. Epoch seemed exceptionally slow as well. Maybe the banks just like to tweak the adult processors every couple of weeks to let them know who's the boss.
ha ha ha!! I'm starting to like CCBill more and more! :bunny:
