Coding Question...Insert Blog

Hey guys,

I'm looking to include an adult blog in an HTML page preferably limiting the blog width to about 400pixels with 200pixels for other stuff on each side.

Anyone know if this is possbile in HTML and where I can find both a blog script (freestanding) and the code I'd need to insert it into my existing pages.

Am I being really dense here ?

You'd find it easier to call it into a .php and not an .html extension page. Why not just pick up wordpress at www.wordpress.org and setup a database for it and install it to a subfolder and link to it from your html index?
